De-Stress Yoga
An increasing number of studies show that yoga has a positive impact on both physical and mental health. It can help you de-stress, promote mindfulness, and can help reduce anxiety and depression.
This is an instructor led class that will teach tips and tricks for using yoga fundamentals to de-stress, with an opportunity to practice them. This free event is open to the public, no registration necessary. A limited number of yoga mats will be available for use. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats if they have one.
Parking on campus is free after 5pm and the closest parking is Lot D off of Elm Street. More information on parking, including a parking map, is available here.
